Terms and Conditions :
Moderator rules :
1. Moderators should remains in the room for at least 3 hours .
2. Moderatos should allow fun in the room but it must not exceed the limitations .
3. Moderator should not be arrogant .
4. Should interract with new users and be friendly with them .
5. Slanging is strictly prohibited for the moderators and also for the users .
6. Moderators can not bring their multi ID's in the room .
7. Users,who uses unpleasant words,floods,slang, should be warned twice before kick and bann .
8. Hardcore slanger and multiple ID's should be banned directly .
9. Girls must not be abused either by normal user neither by moderators .
10. Personal issues must not be brought in the room . Consider it in private chat/group chat .
11. It is compulsory for moderators to use UTSHOB33 mobile tool/software for serving better duty .
12. Moderators can not be absent in the room for more than 5 days . Reasons must be provided and must show the causes for absence .
13. The Administrator has got full right and power to demotion if any moderators breaks any of the rules above .
14. The user will be given a second chance to be a moderator again, if he/she regrets for his/her faults and shows improvement . Otherwise , he/she will be permanently demoted .
15. A new user will be chosen as moderator in replacement .
16. Moderators will be rewarded with gifts for good performance .
Requirements for being moderator :
1. The user must be decent . i.e: should not use slang and respect other users .
2. Should be regular in the room for a month .
3. Should spend in the room for at least 3 hours/a day .
4. User can not seek for moderation ship . Chosing moderators are entirely depends on Administrator .
5. User can not demand to be a moderator if he/she has a close contact with any of the moderators in the room .
6. User should be funny but not to be over sarcastic .
7. User must be co-operative and should understand the fun in the room .
8. Only 20 moderators will be chosen .
9. Only with the main ID , user can get moderation ship .
